Returns Policy (Products and Services)
- All Equipment carries a 1 year warranty.
- Faulty equipment must be returned freight paid and be clearly marked with a Return Authorization number from Customer Care.
- Termination within 30 days gets full refund except for freight charges and calls made which will be charged at our published rate (USA customers only).
- All equipment returned for refund must be in original saleable condition with full packaging and documentation.
- Termination after 30 days (USA customers only) before 1 year will incur a termination fee of $30 unless all equipment is returned freight paid.
- Termination of Service must be notified via email from the same email address listed in the account and should be at least 7 days before the monthly billing date.
- All products supplied are guaranteed to be free of manufacturers defect.
- All products are quality inspected before shipment.
- Any product with defects in manufacture should be returned freight paid and be clearly marked with a Return Authorization number that is provided. (For more information visit our Contact Us page.)
- Defective product will only be replaced with exactly the same product. Replacement with another product would only be made should an out of stock situation occur.
